Final Fantasy IV: After--Return to the Moon will be a free download. At least the prologue will be.
In an interview with Famitsu, the game's executive producer Takashi Tokita confirmed that the prologue to FFIV's sequel will be available for free on Japanese mobile carriers. He also confirmed that the game will feature 2D graphics, as well as the Active Time Battle system.
Speaking of returns, it seems that you will once again be able to play as Cecil, Rosa and Cid, along with new characters such as Theodore, Cecil's son.
Unfortunately the game is only available on Japanese mobile carriers, but hopefully we'll hear about a port of the game in the near future. Stay tuned for more details as they emerge.

Players are offered their own 3D Creebi that does the job of caring, entertaining, feeding and breeding. This mobile game service also provides a promo and some virtual cash, enabling the player to customize their new friends as well as home with variety of accessories. Depending on the attention it obtains, the 3D pet tries to take on its own personality and appearance.
For instance, the pet will grow and become more independent, with the care persona. You are also expected to track their individual health meters that informs about its hunger or ill-health feelings.
“Nokia Games Publishing has brought a quirky game to N-Gage that appeal to all ages,” commented Dr Mark Ollila, Director of Technology and Strategy and Head of Games Publishing, Nokia. “With Creebies anyone can have the pleasure of owning a pet without the trouble of cleaning up the mess.”
Furthermore, Creebi has the ability to interact with other Creebies and play games through the Bluetooth technology. The Adoption Center feature helps the user to show off their newborns and even send their Creebi to new homes.
Nokia plans to offer Creebies on the N-Gage mobile game service by early next year.

Hollywood's classic Film Noir world creates an atmospheric backdrop for this story-driven detective game. Dirk Spanner and the Fallen Idol by Nokia Games Publishing brings classic detective gaming onto mobile devices with unique twists and turns around every corner.
Set in the stylish, yet seedy fictional city of New Haven, Dirk Spanner and the Fallen Idol comes to life through its comic book ambiance. Gripping yet funny stories of conflicts, romance and deception with plenty of movie stars, rip-offs, double-crosses, wigs and moustaches make this an entertaining game that will engage novices through to the most experienced game players.
"Dirk Spanner and the Fallen Idol will re-introduce the long forgotten detective game genre for mobile devices," said Dr Mark Ollila, Director of Technology and Strategy and Head of Games Publishing, Nokia. "With the combination of stunning visuals and enthralling storylines, players cannot help but be spellbound by this game."
Featuring Dirk as the lead private eye, players are propelled into mysterious adventures, battling an array of femme fatales and gangsters. From solving the mystery of a stolen statue and a brutal murder, to uncovering the case of an accidental penguin-related death, Dirk will not rest until the case is solved.
Players guide Dirk through mysterious assignments using the unique one-button, camera-based controls, giving players an intuitive way of exploring the city of New Haven. A jazzy soundtrack helps set the mood for each stage of the game.
Dirk Spanner and the Fallen Idol is expected to be available in the first half of 2008.

Apple's already given self-controlling individuals the option to limit their iPod's maximum volume level, but if a newly surfaced patent application is any indication of the future, your next PMP from the Cupertino powerhouse could actually tone things down for you. Reportedly, the app explains that software could eventually keep track of how long -- and at what volume level -- you've been listening, and if it determines that you could be damaging your ears, the volume could be automatically adjusted down for your own safety. Granted, there's no way to definitively tell whether Apple will or won't implement such a change, nor if owners will be allowed to disable the feature, but really, who could argue with software retarding the rate at which you go deaf?

Finally a new release for starved Gizmondo owners, heres the release details:
Hi,
Well its not finished, but I think its good enough for a beta:
OpenTyrian, a port of the original DOS game Tyrian can be found here:
Open Tyrian
The data files can be found here:
Tyrian Data Files
And the first beta Gizmondo port is attached.
A HUGE shoutout and thank you to jens.l for helping me beta this and providing invaluable feedback.
Unzip the data files into a dir e.g. /SD Card/Tyrian
And unRar the attached files into the same dir.
Launch by running OpenTyrian.exe from your favourite launcher.
Hopefully scaling and other niceness will be completed shortly.
Merry happy whatever to all
Thanks

MobileGTD turns your Series 60 phone into a GTD notebook on steroids
Features
Based on a simple file and directory structure (easy synchronization with PC)
Use your favourite file explorer to browse your actions
Usable as a simple inbox, allowing you to create projects on the fly
Searchable project list view
Project editing functionality (add/remove actions/infos)
Processing functionality (automatically find done actions)
Review assistance (find projects with no active next action and projects that have not changed for a certain time)
Compatible to GTDFiles
MobileGTD uses simple text files for projects. Each line in a project file can be either an action or an info. When adding an action to a project, a new line is added to the project file and a file is created in a directory structure corresponding to your contexts. If you e.g. create an action "Computer Download new version of MobileGTD" MobileGTD will create a file "Download new version of MobileGTD.act" in a directory called "Computer/". You can also use nested contexts, e.g. "Computer/Online/" to further structur your contexts. To avoid too much typing you can define abbreviations for contexts, you could e.g. define "26" to be expanded to "Computer/Online/".
You can then use any file explorer to browse through your actions and delete done ones. When processing projects MobileGTD automatically searches for deleted actions and sets them to done in the project file.
