Music streaming company questions whether Apple will allow it onto App Store.
Speaking to the Evening Standard (via Music Ally), Spotify exec Andres Sehr described the App Store submissions process as 'something of a Black Hole'.
He said: "We really don’t know if Apple will give us the go-ahead, and all we can do it submit our software then wait and see."
Despite the presence - and success - of other streaming music iPhone apps like Last.fm, there is a growing body of commentators who see Spotify as a potential threat to Apple's own iTunes.
Spotify is also in the process of creating an app for the Android platform - it will be interesting to see which version comes to market first.
