Samsung’s compact version of its flagship smartphone will be available in the UK from November 8th.
Available to buy across all major networks, key retailers and etailers, the Galaxy S3 Mini runs on Google’s latest operating system, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Simon Stanford, Vice President, Telecommunications & Networks, Samsung UK and Ireland said: “Our latest addition to the Galaxy portfolio, the Galaxy S III Mini brings the high performance, intuitive ease-of-use and nature-inspired design of the Galaxy S III in a new elegant yet compact form.
“Following the massive success and popularity of the Galaxy S III and all its features, we are confident customers will enjoy the Galaxy SIII Mini when it hits the shelves on the 8th November.”
Although named the ‘Mini’, this handset still offers an impressive 4-inch AMOLED screen and a 5MP camera.
Samsung's JK Shin unveiled the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini earlier this month at an event in Germany, where he explained that there has been 'a lot of demand for a 4-inch screen in Europe'.
