A member of the Emuboards, retrobits, has ported a large number of rouguelike games to the Zodiac. Roguelike games are adventure games where the character, monsters, terrain, objects, and everything else is represented entirely in text, and the focus of the developer is on gameplay, not graphics. Most, if not all roguelikes are either free or open source. As of now, Angbad, Hengbad, NPPAngbad, Oangbad, Sangbad, Steambad, ToME, and Zangbad have been ported.

All of these are available for free at http://www.retrobits.net/palmos/angband.shtml. Work is also being done on another, Nethack, which will be available shortly. Discuss all games except Nethack here and Nethack here.
