President Obama has featured on ME a couple of times over the year: 1. When hedemanded federal agencies adopted mobile-friendly sites. 2. When his face wasused for an AR mask.
Now, the leader of the United States of America has snubbed Apple, telling a group at the White House that "I'm not allowed for security reasons to have an iPhone."
However, he eased the blow by saying his daughters both have iPhones and spend a lot of time on them, Security Week reports.
Presumably he's hoping the compliment will earn them a lifetime supply of App Store credit.
The president explained a specially adapted BlackBerry is still his weapon of choice when it comes to security, despite the fact the company continues struggling to find its feet in the competitive world of smartphones.
The Canadian company recently abandoned a $4.7 billion offer to sell its business.
