PocketPC - DYNAMO-3 visual task switcher

Graphical task-switcher that shows all running programs as snapshots (Vista-style).
Runs on any WM version and any resolutions.

Based on the published sources of Dynamo2 program:

Just extract it into /Program Files/Dynamo3 and map it to some button.

CHANGELOG:

3.2.07b /2008-09-23/:
# some programs were not visible from D3. Trying to fix it out.
Please report both if everything is OK or some program is not visible.
Please ignore all other bugs/changes for now, except vital ones.
