The first version of Neon has been released today.

Neon is a simple image viewer. It's designed to be lightweight, fast, and easy to use. It's written in Python/EFL.

This is the first usable version with minimal features and basic gui.

Everything should work pretty well, you may just experience few usability issues with filesystem browser scrolling which is slow with stable kernels 2.6.24 and acceptable with Andy's kernel 2.6.28.
