The PlayPhone Social Gaming Network, like its well-known competitors Gree, DeNA, Papaya et al, offers a platform through which games can enjoy community features like virtual goods, synchronous multiplayer gaming and deep social integration.
However, the network is more of a destination in itself than a platform that operates via third party games. It has 35m registered users.
The firm has just announced that it's adding WinPho to Android, iOS, HTML5, Adobe AIR and Unity – and says it's the first to do so.
The PlayPhone SGN SDK is free and is available now to developers.
