Big Ideas Digital, publisher of the popular iOS app Say What You See: The Collection has raised over £21,000 for five year old Grace Windram, who suffers from Spastic Dyplegic Cerebral Palsy.
The company created a special update that could be purchased in game, to raise funds to send Grace to America for an operation.
"We were delighted that our game, Say What You See: The Collection could be used to help Grace," said David Stevens, Big Ideas Digital's MD.
"We'd like to thank our amazing fans and other corporate sponsors who donated so generously."
£22,000 had already been raised by Gavin and Helen Windram, Grace's parents, with help from the Tree of Hope Children's Charity. As well as paying for the Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy that will allow Grace to walk, Grace's Fund hopes to help the five year old with physiotherapy and further treatment.
"We will be eternally grateful for the generous support that Big Idea's has given Grace's Fund," said Helen Windram.
"Thanks to Big Ideas Digital, Grace can begin her journey to a better life."
Big Ideas Digital was founded in 2009 and specialises in smartphone apps. Say What You See: The Collection allows users to pick out film, song or book titles from a series of canvases. They created a special canvas, Grace's Toons, for the fund.
Those who wish to contribute to Grace's Fund can do so at the charity's website.
