The firm has issued an apology to UK customers over the stock shortages of its latest smartphone device, the Nexus 4.
Whilst the device launched back in October, customers interested in the device have struggled to find available stock, with the limited number of devices at launch selling out it just minutes.
Some customers have been left waiting months for their Nexus 4 to arrive.
In light of the delays, Google UK and Ireland's MD Dan Cobley has published an open letter to customers experiencing delays.
Within a post on his Google+ page, Cobley says: "I know that what you are going through is unacceptable and we are all working through the nights and weekends to resolve this issue."
"I realise that the people who ordered the Nexus 4 so early are among our most committed and loyal users and we are doing all we can to put things right."
As for the reasons behind the delay, Cobley hints in the post that LG, who makes the device, may be to blame.
"Supplies from the manufacturer are scarce and erratic, and our communication has been flawed. I can offer an unreserved apology for our service and communication failures in this process," says Cobley.
However, the MD reassures customers that orders are being processed and can expect to receive them before Christmas.
