This time last year Nokia was rumoured to be selling its luxury phone brand Vertu. The hearsay turned out to be true some six months later, though the Finnish firm retained a ten per cent share.
Vertu tells Android Authority that it will make an official press announcement on February 12th regarding its 'strong product road map,' but we've got some good old-fashioned conjecture for you to sink your teeth into in the meantime.
The word from Blog of Mobile is that Vertu will launch its first ever Android-powered smartphone this month, the Vertu Ti, moving on from Nokia's defunct Symbian OS.
The Ti is expected to run on Ice Cream Sandwich, and sport a dual-core Snapdragon S4, 800 x 480 pixel display, and 1,250 mAh battery.
