The two biggest mobile games publishers in the world, EA Mobile and Gameloft, have both a wealth of new iPad games to co-incide with Apple's tablet's international launch.
However, a sixth has launched on Friday: Boggle, based on the word boardgame of the same name.
Meanwhile, Gameloft is pulling out all the stops, with 15 iPad games already available, and seven new ones launching this week.
The seven new titles are Blokus, GT Racing: Motor Academy, Real Football 2010, Chess Classics, Brain Challenge, Gangstar: West Coast Hustle and Real Tennis.
Both publishers have carried across their leading positions in mobile to iPhone in the last two years, and are clearly intent on doing the same on iPad.
Both have invested heavily in iPhone since the launch of the App Store, and been rewarded with regular featured spots on the store, and slots in Apple keynotes.
