It's also around 20 times more expensive than other smartphones too.
A recent rumour suggested luxury phone maker Vertu was releasing a €3,000 Android-powered Ti device this month, but €3,000 is actually reasonable considering that the Ti's official RRP is €7,900.
Yep, you read right, Vertu has revealed its 'pinnacle smartphone device' will cost the price of a new car/dream holiday.
The phone has a titanium base and a leather touch, while 'the largest sapphire crystal screen ever' measures at 3.7-inches and is 'virtually scratch proof and tested to be four times stronger than other smartphones in terms of impact resistance'.
The Ti will run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich and also sports a 1.7GHz processore, 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, NFC, and 64MB internal memory.
Perry Oosting, president and CEO, Vertu, said: "Vertu Ti is our most significant product for a decade. The Android OS delivers a proven and intuitive environment for users while the design and craftsmanship of the handset remains uniquely Vertu. There is nothing else like it."
Presumably Oosting's last sentence is in reference to the price tag.
