'100 GREATEST HITS' & '100 GREATEST HITS FREE' Announced

Elite Systems, the long established UK based developer and electronic publisher of games for portable, mobile and other devices has confirmed the Apps (full title, “Sinclair ZX Spectrum 100 GREATEST HITS”) have been scheduled for release during the weekend of 20th Apr, 2012.

Commenting upon the launch plans, Elite’s MD Steve Wilcox said, “The Apps provide the opportunity to build a collection, of the most popular SINCLAIR ZX SPECTRUM games from the 80s and 90s, in two great ways:

1. Download ‘100 Greatest Hits’ to receive BRUCE LEE and to get 100 more classic SINCLAIR ZX SPECTRUM games for NO ADDITIONAL FEE! Includes:
- Manic Miner

Commenting further upon the launch plans, Wilcox noted:

Complimentary copies of the Apps will be made available to media and trade contacts on 18th April, 2012 (or earlier by agreement). A further announcement, including a full list of the available games, will be made at that time and prior to the release of the Apps.

Note: this app will NOT be updated with additional games. It’s being released specifically to celebrate the 30th Anniversary (23rd April, 2012) of the launch of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum.
